RBLDEV assisted the client with engineering and permitting review and oversight, prepared project budgets and schedules, performed cut and fill analysis to verify import fill requirements, solicited horizontal construction and landscaping bids, provided construction management of civil improvements with weekly site visits and progress reports, coordinated power delivery with Florida Power and Light and street light installation, managed and tracked Notice to Owners, lien releases and waivers, reviewed and recommended approval of pay applications and change orders, and managed subconsultants including engineers, geotechnical firms, etc..
