Carr’s Neck Development Feasibility Study

Carr’s Neck is an undeveloped parcel of land located in the beautiful marshlands of coastal Georgia. RBLDEV worked with the owners and their environmental consultants to develop a feasibility study to evaluate what the best use of the pristine piece of land is. We evaluated many possible scenarios including residential development, wetland mitigation bank creation, preservation, rental campground sites, and a commercial borrow pit. Budgets,  schedules, and hand drawn site plans were produced for each scenario by RBLDEV to better understand all options presented.
