Waterways, Richmond Hill, Georgia

Waterways is a 2,200-acre parcel of land surrounded by Georgia’s beautiful coastline. The project is a PUD permitted for 2,946 units with a golf course, a public/private marina and launch facility, and its own supporting utility plants. Prior to creating RBL Development, Ron served as Project Director, Vice President, and President of the HOA during his tenure from 2007-2022. He managed all facets of the project from the day the project “broke ground” in 2007 including managing extensive archeology and wetland permitting, infrastructure and neighborhood design, all minor and major amenities, the sales office and staffing, golf course construction, design and construction oversight of over 400 lots, and was heavily involved in the delicate permitting process required to build the marina, boat storage buildings, and the boat launch pier within the Heritage Trust Preserve. Ron also developed and managed budgets, schedules, proformas, etc. for the project.
